The posters hung in the Poster Hall will be available for viewing during all Poster Hall hours and on multimedia screens placed throughout the conference space. ePosters will also be available to view in the mobile app.

     2. Oral Presentation Only

Oral presentations will feature the highest-scoring abstracts submitted to SAWC. A minimum of three (3) submissions will be selected for podium presentation, and each author will have 12 minutes to present key results of their research, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A time with the audience, animated by the experts chairing the session. Abstracts selected for podium presentation will be notified individually. Oral presenters are also invited to present their abstract, in poster form, during the poster session if they desire.

     3. RAPID FIRE: Poster Talks

This session will give attendees the ability to interact directly with the authors over their research. Selected poster presenters will give a 3-5-minute presentation of their poster, followed by Q&A from the audience. Moderators will monitor questions from the audience after each presentation. The interaction is meant to be collegial, not critical, with the goal of attendees learning from the authors experience and project. More information about RAPID FIRE: Poster Talks can be found here.

     4. Poster Presentation If Not Selected For Oral

If an "Oral Presentation only" abstract is not chosen for an oral presentation, the abstract will be declined. If there is any chance you would like to be considered for Poster Presentation, if not accepted as Oral Presentation, please select the following category during the submission process: Poster Presentation if not selected for Oral.
