2026 Sessions

RAPID FIRE: Mobile Wound Management: Applying the CORE™ Framework: Building a Sustainable Model

Mobile wound care success requires more than clinical expertise—it requires systems that translate sound clinical decision-making into consistent operational execution. The CORE™ framework—Clinical, Operational, Regulatory, and Economic—provides a structured approach for aligning patient care, documentation, workflow, and compliance in mobile wound care environments.

This session will demonstrate how applying the CORE™ methodology strengthens documentation integrity, improves workflow reliability, supports regulatory compliance, and sustains the financial viability of mobile wound programs. Attendees will gain practical insights into integrating evidence-based practice with operational workflows, documentation standards, and reimbursement strategy to build wound care services that are both clinically sound and operationally sustainable.
