Margaret G. Bryant, PT, DPT, CWS, Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Wound Management, has worked at Parkland Hospital System since 2002, where she started her physical therapist level career. Dr. Bryant gained exposure to wound care early in her Parkland career specifically around trauma and burn care in all units of Parkland Health, a Level I Trauma Center and verified Burn Center in North Texas. Dr. Bryant has managed and trained physical therapist assigned to outpatient wound care clinics and the inpatient rehab unit since 2007, emphasizing advanced wound care skills, use of advanced physical therapy modalities and staying engaged in up-to-date literature focused wound management. Dr. Bryant is a guest lecturer for the entry level physical therapy students for all entry level wound care lecture series and labs at UT Southwestern Department of Physical Therapy - School of Health Professions. Dr. Bryant attends the SAWC-Spring regularly as a host committee member and attendee. Dr. Bryant earned her American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Board Certification in Wound Management in the inaugural year 2022.
