Cassandre Voltaire, DO, ABWMS is a board-certified family medicine physician with advanced training in wound care and geriatrics. She currently serves patients at the Chelsea Soldiers’ Home, where she integrates wound management with geriatric care in a long-term care setting. Her work focuses on preserving dignity and function in aging adults, while navigating the complex realities of chronic wounds.
Dr. Voltaire is also the founder of the WoundFit Community, a growing educational community created to support healthcare providers in building confidence and clarity around wound care-particularly for those new to the field or juggling multiple roles.
Driven by a passion for education and systemic improvement, Dr. Voltaire draws on her own experiences of limited wound care exposure during residency to help others learn with greater ease and support. Her work blends evidence-based care with real-world empathy, and she is committed to making wound care education more inclusive, accessible, and patient-centered.
