Linda Montoya is a Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN) with over 30 years of experience. She currently serves as a Clinical Risk Consultant and Nurse Expert with MK Counsel. Throughout her career, Linda has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, including acute care, home health, outpatient wound care, and post-acute care. In her current role, she collaborates with attorneys to support the defense of post-acute care facilities.
Linda has presented on a wide range of wound care topics at both regional and national conferences. She remains actively engaged in advancing clinical practice through education, mentoring, and leading weekly risk calls that support and strengthen wound care programs across multiple post-acute care settings.
