Beatriz Coccaro-Word is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of a mobile outpatient wound care company in Florida. She completed her initial training as a Registered Nurse in 1993 and became board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an adult nurse practitioner and by the American Board of Wound Management as a certified wound specialist (CWS) in 1999. With over twenty years of clinical experience in wound healing, she remains current with the latest evidence-based treatments and pursues excellence in education, completing a Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree in 2020. She delivers compassionate, personalized, effective care that focuses on improving patient outcomes and exercising a multidisciplinary team approach while offering evidence-based treatments emphasizing value-based care.
