IWII Session: An International Look at Wound Cleansing

The International Wound Infection Institute will convene an international consensus meeting relative to wound cleansing in clinical practice prior to the EWMA Conference in May 2024. This session is the first opportunity to learn the results of that meeting, which includes wound and periwound cleansing, principles of technique and sequencing depending on setting, cleansing solutions, patient engagement, pain management, and other topics.
