Exhibitor-Sub-Blocks

    • Can I reserve a Sub-block for my exhibit team?

      Exhibitor/ sponsor room blocks of 10 or more rooms can be arranged subject to the following guarantee and deposit policy:

      A non-refundable deposit of two nights' room and tax per reservation will be collected at the time the room block is confirmed.

      Full pre-payment of the block is then due on or before September 15, 2026

      Cancellations made after September 15 will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all room and tax fees. 

      The group rooming list will be due on or before September 22, 2026

Beware-of-Hotel-Reservations-Scams

    • What if I am contacted by someone offering lower rates or urging me to book immediately?

      You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies offering guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global and/or the conference itself or even the host hotel(s).

      Please be aware that neither HMP Global nor the hotel have authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may offer lower rates, however, they are often illegitimate.

    • What is the deposit/ guarantee policy for this event?

      All attendee reservations must be guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's room and tax
      Exhibitor reservations must be guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit equal to two nights' room and tax
