The deadline to reserve a room at the discounted rate is January 9, 2026. Limited rooms are available, so please book early. Please note that a nonrefundable deposit, equivalent to one night’s stay for attendees (two night's stay for exhibitors), is required to hold your reservation. Deposits are nonrefundable from the date of booking.

Please note: Exhibitors seeking a sub-block of rooms (defined as ten or more rooms on the peak night) will pay a non-refundable deposit equal to two nights’ room and tax per room at the time their block is confirmed.
Full pre-payment for the block is due on or before December 5, 2025.
A final rooming list including full names, arrival and departure dates, and emails is due on or before January 9, 2026.
Cancellations made after January 9 will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all room and tax fees.

Parking
Valet parking is available for $59, including tax, overnight. Please note: the following vehicles will not be accepted by valet due to parking limitations in the garage: 10+ passenger vans; dually trucks; vehicles exceeding 6 feet, 6 inches in height; motorcycles and scooters; vehicles with rooftop racks; trailers.
Self-parking is available in the garage across the street. Note that this is a public parking structure; parking cannot be charged to the room. The daily fee is $20. Prices may vary during special events and holidays.
