The Residents & Fellows Experience

ISET welcomes current fellows in training and residents for the unique opportunity to participate in the Residents & Fellows Activity Scholarship, which provides tuition assistance for the 2024 International Symposium on Endovascular Therapy (ISET).

Scholarship will include:

  • Complimentary tuition for all days of the ISET 2024 program taking place Monday through Thursday* 
  • Travel stipend of $800 to be used toward travel expenses incurred to attend ISET. This stipend will be distributed at the conclusion of the meeting.
*Valid on new registrations only.

Eligibility for Scholarship:

  • Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited vascular surgery, cardiology/interventional cardiology, or interventional radiology residency or fellowship program at the time of the meeting (January 2024).
  • Submit a signed letter on letterhead from your program director confirming your status as a current resident or fellow in January 2024. 
  • Complete the application form.

Terms of Acceptance:

  • Provide a completed W9 form.
  • Attend the entire meeting from Monday, January 22 – Thursday, January 25, 2024, including any events designated as required for scholarship recipients. 
  • Complete a brief post-activity survey.

Important Dates

Applications will continue to be accepted until all spots are filled. A waitlist will also be started. Please see below for approximate notification timelines.

  • September 22 – November 22: Applicants notified of acceptance on a rolling basis. Waitlisted applicants will be notified as well.
  • November 29: Registration Deadline–If you have been accepted for a scholarship and have not registered for ISET by November 29, your scholarship will be forfeited and offered to someone on the waitlist.
  • December 6: Registration Cancellation Deadline–Cancellation requests must be received no later than December 6, 2023. Please email your cancellation request to Elizabeth Ketter at eketter@hmpglobal.com

The travel stipend for residents and fellows may be subsidized by educational grants from Industry. More information to follow on supporting organizations.
