2026 Sessions

Small Changes, Big Impact: How to Bring Lifestyle and Nutritional Psychiatry into Real-World Practice

Lifestyle factors play a meaningful role in psychiatric outcomes, yet they are often difficult to address in time-limited, medication-focused visits. This session offers practical guidance on integrating sleep, exercise, stress management, and social connection into everyday psychiatric care, while also exploring how nutritional factors can further influence mood, cognition, and treatment response. Faculty will discuss common but frequently overlooked deficiencies and when it may be clinically useful to assess them. Attendees will leave with realistic strategies for incorporating lifestyle and nutritional interventions without disrupting clinical workflow.
