From I-10, take US-90 Bus / Westbank (Exit 234A from I-10W or Exit 234C from I-10E) to Exit 11 Tchoupitoulas / S. Peters St. Stay straight onto Calliope Street and take a right turn at S. Peter Street. From there, Taxis & Rideshares can access the Taxi Rideshare Zone to the left, or parking is available directly ahead.  The center has ample ADA parking. Please email parking@mccno.com if you have specific needs.

Reservation Guarantee Policy

Exhibitor-Sub-Blocks

    • Can I reserve a Sub-block for my exhibit team?

      Any exhibitor block of 8 or more rooms on peak is considered a sub-block and is subject to the following policy:
      Exhibitors seeking a sub-block at one of the congress hotels will pay a non-refundable deposit equal to two nights’ room and tax per room at the time their block is confirmed.
      Full pre-payment for the block is due for the block 28 days prior to the hotel’s published cutoff date (please refer to table below for hotel cutoff dates).
      Where the hotel's cutoff date falls on a weekend, the list will be due the following Monday.
      A final rooming list including full names of attendees, arrival and departure dates, and emails is due on or before the hotel’s cutoff date
      Cancellations made after the full pre-payment date will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all room and tax fees.

    • What if I am contacted by someone offering lower rates or urging me to book immediately?

      You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies offering guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global and/or the conference itself or even the host hotel(s).

      Please be aware that neither HMP Global nor the hotel have authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may offer lower rates, however, they are often illegitimate.
