2027 Call for Posters Opening March 2027!

Poster presentations convey innovative, clinically relevant information that enhances the professional skills of mental health clinicians. The Poster Sessions provide presenting authors a forum in which they can showcase their work and interact with conference attendees. We are seeking poster submissions in the following areas:

  • Research Reports
  • Research in Progress
  • Case Reports
  • Repeat Presentations

Important Dates

  • Poster Abstract Submission Portal Opens: March 27, 2027
    • Poster Abstract Submission Portal link: To Be Announced in 2027
  • All Poster Abstract Submissions Due: August 6, 2027, at 11:59:59 PM ET
    • If you would like your poster to be considered for inclusion in one of the "Latest Discoveries & Emerging Trends" sessions (topics are MDD, psychotic disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders), poster submissions must be finalized and submitted by Monday, July 26, 2027, at 9:00 AM ET. No extensions will be given.
  • Notification of Acceptance or Rejection: Posters will be accepted/rejected on a rolling basis, with decision notification emails being sent the first week of April, May, June, and July. All submissions received by the end of the month prior will receive a decision email within the corresponding review cycle. For example, if a poster is submitted on June 7, 2027, then it will be reviewed the week of July 5–9, 2027. Any submissions received from July 9, 2027, to the final deadline of August 13, 2027, will be reviewed on August 16. The notification of acceptance or denial will be sent on either August 16 or 17, 2027.
  • Important Dates for Accepted Poster Abstract Submissions:
    • Withdrawal Date: August 20, 2027
    • Poster Numbers Provided: August 24, 2027
    • Submission of a PDF of Accepted Poster Due: September 3, 2027
    • On-Site Poster Presentation Times:
      • Friday, September 17, 12:00 PM–3:30 PM
      • Saturday, September 18, 12:00 PM–3:30 PM
  • Poster Submission Reference Materials and Supporting Documents:
