2026 Call for Posters NOW OPEN!!!

Poster presentations convey innovative, clinically relevant information that enhances the professional skills of mental health clinicians. The Poster Sessions provide presenting authors a forum in which they can showcase their work and interact with conference attendees. We are seeking poster submissions in the following areas:

  • Research Reports
  • Research in Progress
  • Case Reports
  • Repeat Presentations

Important Dates

  • Poster Abstract Submission Portal Opens: March 26th, 2026
  • All Poster Abstract Submissions Due: August 7th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
    • If you would like your poster to be considered for inclusion in one of the "Latest Discoveries & Emerging Trends" sessions (Topics are MDD, Psychotic Disorders, or Neurodevelopmental Disorders) poster submissions must be finalized and submitted by Monday, July 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET. No extensions will be given.
  • Notification of Acceptance or Rejection: Posters will be accepted/rejected on a rolling basis, with decision notification emails being sent the first week of April, May, June, July, and August. All submissions received by the end of the month prior will receive a decision email within the corresponding review cycle. With the exception of August, where all submissions provided before the deadline will be reviewed on August 10th.
    • Important Dates for Accepted Poster Abstract Submissions:
      • Withdrawal Date: August 14th, 2026
      • Poster Numbers Provided: August 18th, 2026
      • Submission of a PDF of Accepted Poster Due: September 1st, 2026
      • On-Site Poster Presentation Times:
        • Thursday, September 17th from 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM
        • Friday, September 18th from 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM
