Founder and Lead Clinician of Piedmont Partners for Mental Health, Greensboro, North Carolina.

Jo Hughes of Greensboro, North Carolina is a psychiatric certified physician associate (PA) working in an outpatient setting with trained clinical team. She provides treatment for a variety of psychiatric conditions, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders in children, adolescents, and adults and substance use disorders.

Dr. Hughes completed her PA training and Master of Medical Science at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and additionally holds a Doctor of Medical Science in psychiatry from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals. She is a certified PA with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Psychiatry.

Dr. Hughes is currently the President with Association of PA's in Psychiatry (APAP) and is involved with North Carolina Association for PA’s (NCAPA) at the committee level in educating PA’s.

Jo and her husband are frequently seen visiting a non-profit coffee house they co-founded employing adults with neurodiversity in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Dr. Kristin Sohl is a pediatrician and Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Missouri and Founder and Executive Director of ECHO Autism Communities. She leads national and international efforts to expand access to high-quality autism screening, evaluation, and longitudinal supports, particularly in underserved and rural communities. Under her leadership, ECHO Autism Communities has built partnerships with more than 50 children’s hospitals and autism centers across the United States and over 30 international sites, creating a global network focused on improving care, workforce capacity, and outcomes for autistic individuals and their families.

Dr. Sohl also serves as Medical Director of the University of Missouri’s Office of Continuing Education for Health Professions. She is widely recognized for advancing innovative, scalable models that strengthen systems of care for children and families.

Dr. Mattingly is a physician and principal investigator in clinical trials for Midwest Research Group. He is also a founding partner of St. Charles Psychiatric Associates where he treats children, adolescents and adults. A St Louis native, he earned his medical degree and received a Fulbright scholarship while attending Washington University. Dr. Mattingly is board certified in adult and adolescent psychiatry and is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at Washington University where he teaches psychopharmacology courses for the 3rd year medical students. Dr. Mattingly has been a principal investigator in over 400 clinical trials focusing on ADHD, anxiety disorders, major depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Having served on numerous national and international advisory panels, Dr. Mattingly has received awards and distinctions for clinical leadership and neuroscience research. Dr Mattingly is the President for APSARD-The American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders and is on the Scientific Advisory Board for the Workd Federation of ADHD. Having served on the board of Headway House, a community support program and as a certifed evaluator for both the NFL and MLB, Dr Mattingly is firm believer in holistic mental health, education and advocacy.
