I attended Cornell University and graduated in 2003, magna cum laude and Distinction in Research, with a B.A. in Biology. Subsequently, I attending University of Medicine and Dentistry (UMWNJ) Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, graduating in 2007 with an M.D. and Excellence in Surgery. I did my General Surgery residency at New York University, which I completed in 2012. I went on to finish my Vascular Surgery fellowship at NYU in 2014 and am currently board certified in General and Vascular surgery. I spent the next five years at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, in the Division of Vascular Surgery. An opportunity arose to join the faculty of the Division of Vascular Surgery at NYU Langone Health, and I have been part of this institution, once again, since March of 2019. In 2020 I was promoted to Associate Professor of Surgery. While I am primarily based at NYU Langone Medical Center, I also operate at Bellevue Hospital Center and the Manhattan Veterans Affair Hospital. My focus is developing a complex and diverse vascular practice of arterial and venous disease. I want to be able to offer my patients cutting-edge patient-centric surgical options from venous surgery to complex peripheral revascularizations and aortic repairs. I am heavily involved in the education of medical student, surgical residents and vascular residents and fellows.
