He has built high-performing internal marketing teams from the ground up and specializes in evolving organizations from agency-reliant models to more integrated, in-house capabilities
His approach centers on aligning marketing strategy with operational execution, ensuring that sales, marketing, and customer experience work in tandem to better serve older adults and their families. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Pepperdine University and a Master of Arts in Management from University of Redlands.
