Registration for SMASH 2026 must be completed before hotel reservations will be accepted.
There are a limited number of rooms available at the convention rate. Rooms are booked are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available until the block is full or until the cutoff date of August 28, 2026, whichever comes first. 
To register, please visit registration. Once you have completed the registration process, your confirmation email will include a link to secure your hotel room at the discounted room rate. Please note that the hotel will not accept reservations directly.

Please be aware that neither the conference organizers nor the hotel have authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may offer lower rates, however, they are often illegitimate.
