Kyle Gardner

Kyle Gardner is the Chief Operating Officer of NIC MAP. Kyle was the first non-founder hire at the company and has held direct and supporting roles in virtually every part of the business. He now leads the revenue and finance teams and is an actively engaged with product and go-to-market initiatives.
NIC MAP provides purpose-built data exclusively for senior housing, offering relevant, market-specific insights that give operators, lenders, investors, developers, and industry partners the necessary information to make informed decisions with more confidence and in less time.
Kyle is an active member of National Investment Center for Senior Housing & Care’s Future Leaders Council and the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA) Advisory Committee and Argentum Board of Directors. He received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and Leadership from Christopher Newport University in Virginia.
