Kyle Gardner serves as the Chief Operating Officer of NIC MAP Vision, bringing extensive experience through direct and strategic leadership roles across the organization's operations. In his current position, Kyle oversees revenue operations, actively guiding product innovation and strategic go-to-market initiatives. He is also an active member of National Investment Center for Senior Housing & Care’s Future Leaders Council (FLC), American Senior Housing Association (ASHA) Advisory Committee and Argentum Board of Directors - helping shape the future of senior housing and care through strategic industry engagement. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter and participating in motorsport events. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Leadership from Christopher Newport University in Virginia.
