Sarvin Sabet Ghadam

My name is Sarvin Sabet, and I am currently a Psy.D. student in Clinical Neuropsychology at Adler University in Chicago. I am also a registered Psychological Associate in Ontario, Canada, with more than ten years of clinical experience. In Toronto, I serve as the Clinical Director of a psychological practice, where I provide psychological assessment and treatment to adults experiencing trauma-related concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, chronic pain, and complex psychological presentations. My academic and clinical interests focus on neuropsychology, neuroscience, and the relationship between brain functioning, psychological processes, and behavior. I am also pursuing graduate training in Clinical Psychopharmacology to further strengthen my integrative approach to mental health care and to deepen my understanding of how psychological, neurobiological, and pharmacological factors can be considered together in evidence-based clinical practice.

Rachel Powell, PhD, JD, LPC, CCMHC, is Principal Outcomes Researcher and Data Architect at MedaData, LLC. Her work uses real-world clinical data to study treatment response, symptom trajectories, and patient-reported outcomes in ADHD and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. Drawing on her backgrounds in research, law, and mental health counseling, Dr. Powell focuses on translating complex longitudinal findings into clinically meaningful evidence that can inform individualized patient care. Her research also examines medication titration, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, and functional outcomes in routine psychiatric practice, with an emphasis on rigorous methods that make observational evidence more useful to clinicians and patients alike.

Joel L. Young, MD is medical director and founder of the Rochester Center for Behavioral Medicine in Rochester Hills, Michigan. RCBM is comprised of more than 100 professionals, including psychiatrists, advanced practice prescribers and therapists.
Dr. Young trained at the University of Michigan Hospitals and serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is certified in general, geriatric, forensic, and adolescent psychiatry.
Dr. Young has been primary investigator in over 100 clinical trials. He is the author of four books, many articles and writes a well-trafficked blog for Psychology Today.
Dr. Young is dedicated to improving access to mental health care and outcomes. In this pursuit, he founded MindMetrix, a digital mental health assessment platform. In addition, he is the Chief Medical Officer of MedaData, a startup initiative which facilitates psychiatric research with real-world datasets.

Dr. Mattingly is a physician and principal investigator in clinical trials for Midwest Research Group. He is also a founding partner of St. Charles Psychiatric Associates where he treats children, adolescents and adults. A St Louis native, he earned his medical degree and received a Fulbright scholarship while attending Washington University. Dr. Mattingly is board certified in adult and adolescent psychiatry and is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is an Associate Clinical Professor at Washington University where he teaches psychopharmacology courses for the 3rd year medical students. Dr. Mattingly has been a principal investigator in over 400 clinical trials focusing on ADHD, anxiety disorders, major depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Having served on numerous national and international advisory panels, Dr. Mattingly has received awards and distinctions for clinical leadership and neuroscience research. Dr Mattingly is the President for APSARD-The American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders and is on the Scientific Advisory Board for the Workd Federation of ADHD. Having served on the board of Headway House, a community support program and as a certifed evaluator for both the NFL and MLB, Dr Mattingly is firm believer in holistic mental health, education and advocacy.

Dr. Kristin Sohl is a pediatrician and Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Missouri and Founder and Executive Director of ECHO Autism Communities. She leads national and international efforts to expand access to high-quality autism screening, evaluation, and longitudinal supports, particularly in underserved and rural communities. Under her leadership, ECHO Autism Communities has built partnerships with more than 50 children’s hospitals and autism centers across the United States and over 30 international sites, creating a global network focused on improving care, workforce capacity, and outcomes for autistic individuals and their families.

Dr. Sohl also serves as Medical Director of the University of Missouri’s Office of Continuing Education for Health Professions. She is widely recognized for advancing innovative, scalable models that strengthen systems of care for children and families.
