Rachel Powell, PhD, JD, LPC, CCMHC, is Principal Outcomes Researcher and Data Architect at MedaData, LLC. Her work uses real-world clinical data to study treatment response, symptom trajectories, and patient-reported outcomes in ADHD and co-occurring psychiatric conditions. Drawing on her backgrounds in research, law, and mental health counseling, Dr. Powell focuses on translating complex longitudinal findings into clinically meaningful evidence that can inform individualized patient care. Her research also examines medication titration, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, and functional outcomes in routine psychiatric practice, with an emphasis on rigorous methods that make observational evidence more useful to clinicians and patients alike.
