Dr. Kristin MacGregor is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in integrated behavioral health (IBH) and women's mental health. She earned her PhD from Syracuse University and brings over 15 years of experience in IBH settings, including work in OB/GYN and reproductive endocrinology clinics. Currently, Dr. MacGregor holds the position of National Clinical Director of IBH at LifeStance Health, the largest outpatient behavioral health agency in the United States. In this capacity, she oversees IBH partnerships with over 300 primary care and OB/GYN providers and collaborates with large health systems and medical groups to enhance their IBH programs. Her work aims to improve access to high-quality behavioral healthcare and achieve better patient outcomes.
