Thomas Zeller

Dr. Thomas Zeller is an Associate Professor in the Angiology Division of the Universitaets-Herzzentrum Freiburg ∙ Bad Krozingen, Germany. He performs interventional angiology with more than 30 years of experience in this field. His main research interest is diagnostic and therapy of renal artery stenosis, optimization of endovascular therapy methods of peripheral arterial occlusive disease in particular related to CLI and optimization of non invasive diagnostic methods in vascular medicine. He has performed a series of studies in these areas and has published more than 300 peer reviewed study manuscripts. Furthermore he is editorial board member of various scientific journals, e.g. VASA, EUROIntervention, Vascular Medicine, Catheterization Cardiovascular Interventions, Journal of Endovascular Therapy, JCLI, JSCAI. He is editor of the textbook Vascular Medicine – Therapy and Practice as well as reviewer for major cardiovascular journals.
