Philipp Geisbüsch, MD is medical director of the department of vascular, endovascular and transplant surgery at Klinikum Stuttgart, Germany and a full professor of vascular surgery at the university of Heidelberg.
He graduated at the university of Heidelberg where he also completed his residency in vascular surgery and served as vice chairman at the department of vascular and endovascular surgery. During his training he recieved a research fellowship at Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute, Miami in 2010.
Dr. Geisbüsch is author of more than 100 manuscripts/ abstracts/book chapters in peer reviewed journals and lecturer in national and international conferences.
His interests include advanced vascular & endovascular procedures, focusing on complex endovascular aneurysm repair techniques and revascularization strategies in PAD patients.
Dr Geisbüsch is involved in many trials regarding these topics.
