We shifted our approach to address this imbalance. Instead of relying on manual task management or static, mass-email follow-ups, we began architecting the prospect journey using an agentic digital teammate. This digital teammate works as a co-manager of our pipeline, handling the outreach and administrative workload that keeps our counselors from their primary focus.
In this session, we will share how this agentic framework works in practice, specifically focusing on three operational areas: Task Enrichment and Pre-Call Intel: Using the digital teammate to synthesize past interactions and provide "2 cents" of context, ensuring counselors have the right talking points and tactical empathy before they engage.
Bi-Directional Prospect Handoffs: How we move prospects between human and digital touches based on real-time buying signals, ensuring that "not ready" leads are nurtured digitally, while "active" leads are immediately prioritized for human engagement.
Tour-Level Resident Matching: How we leverage the intelligence gathered across the digital journey to orchestrate a personalized tour experience—matching incoming prospects with resident ambassadors who share their interests, history, or background.
We will walk through the results of this transition, sharing the data on how we improved our conversion rates, cleared our task backlog, and—most importantly—allowed our counselors to spend more time on the human connections that drive move-ins.
