4:15 PM - 5:15 PM
Chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) presents complex interventional challenges, particularly when conventional revascularization does not offer a clear path to limb salvage. This session will examine how advanced imaging and anatomic assessment guide contemporary interventional strategies while exploring emerging options for challenging and no-option CLTI. Topics will include deep vein arterialization and investigational regenerative and gene-based therapies designed to promote therapeutic angiogenesis, restore perfusion, and advance limb preservation.
