2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
With an expanding range of wound dressings available, the challenge is not simply knowing the options—it is choosing what the wound needs now. Through interactive, case-based discussion, this session will explore foundational dressings alongside advanced and emerging technologies, examining how wound characteristics, exudate, bioburden, periwound skin, and patient needs influence selection. The discussion will highlight when to stay the course, when to switch dressings, and when to escalate beyond standard care, providing a practical framework for confident, evidence-informed decision-making across the continuum of wound healing.
