Co-Chair, 2026 Psych Congress Elevate

If you are early in your psychiatry career, today’s landscape can feel overwhelming.

Clinical complexity is increasing, expectations are rising, and many clinicians are asked to lead, teach, and innovate before they have had consistent access to mentorship or professional guidance. Too often, early-career psychiatry professionals are left to navigate these challenges on their own.

That reality is why Psych Congress Elevate was designed as a mental health clinician conference that prioritizes mentorship, access, and leadership development. Taking place June 3–6, 2026, in Las Vegas, this 2026 psychiatry conference centers on supporting clinicians at a pivotal stage in their careers while preparing the future leaders of our field.

Why New & Emerging Voices Matter

The future of psychiatry depends on who we choose to elevate today, and how early we invest in their development.

The New & Emerging Voices program is not a side initiative. It is embedded into the core of Psych Congress Elevate as a structured psychiatry mentorship program. Rather than rewarding only those who already have visibility, this program identifies early-career clinicians with strong clinical insight, curiosity, and leadership potential, then places them in direct collaboration with experienced faculty.

This approach changes the learning environment for everyone.

What You Learn Differently in This Program

When New & Emerging Voices are integrated throughout the agenda, education becomes more relevant, more dynamic, and more reflective of real-world practice.

Attendees experience:

  • Clinical discussions that blend fresh perspectives with seasoned expertise
  • Case-based learning shaped by clinicians actively navigating today’s practice challenges
  • Exposure to emerging leaders who represent the next generation of psychiatric thought and innovation

This model strengthens psychiatric leadership development by making mentorship visible, practical, and actionable rather than aspirational.
