Individuals planning to register at the Student/Resident/Fellow rate must submit written confirmation on the learning institution's letterhead from a faculty mentor that they are a current student. HMP Education’s MATE Training Program helps DEA-registered prescribers fulfill the one-time, 8-hour education requirement on opioid and substance use disorders. Registration

    • Group Registration

      Psych Congress Elevate is pleased to offer group registration rates for three or more people from the same organization. Groups of 3+ will receive a discount of $50/person. Please note this discount is not applicable on Student/Resident/Fellow or Industry registrations. The group discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes and is applicable only to new registrations.

      To receive a group discount, please complete the following steps:

      1. Register the first member of your group. Use the "Add Registrant" feature to add additional members. Have everyone in your group register up to the payment page, but do not make any payments.
      2. Once everyone in the group has registered, please click here to submit the list of the registrants in your group. Please include "Elevate 2026 Group Discount" in your subject line.
      3. We will apply the group discount to your registrations and send updated invoices.

    • Cancellation Policy

      Cancellation requests for Elevate 2026 must be submitted in writing by clicking here or postmarked by May 1, 2026. A cancellation fee of $150.00 (or full registration amount, whichever is less) will be deducted from the refund. 

      Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to another individual without penalty as long as a written request for registration transferal, including the replacement individual's name and/or contact information, is sent by by June 3, 2026. 

      Cancellations received after May 1, 2026, will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of your participation in the event or lack thereof. 

      Credit vouchers may be offered should the program be suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to a recognized health threat as defined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or a local government authority or health agency.

      HMP Global is committed to providing a professional, welcoming, safe, and respectful space during our in-person and online events, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, disability, and/or other personal characteristics. Our Attendees bear equal responsibility for creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants. Our Code of Conduct outlines what behavior is expected of Attendees and what behaviors will not be tolerated. All Attendees at any HMP Global in-person, online, or hybrid event or function are expected and required to abide by this Code.

    • Health & Safety

      The health and safety of all visitors to our conferences remains our top priority. We remain current with local and venue health and safety guidelines and will adjust our approach as needed on an event-specific basis to ensure a safe environment for all conference participants.

    • Children

      Under no circumstances will children under the age of 18 be allowed at the conference, at any presentations, on the show floor, or in the Exhibit Hall during installation or dismantling.

    • Special Meal Requests

      It is our pleasure to arrange special meals for attendees. We reserve the right to charge for all special requests. Requests must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the event to be accommodated. For more information, please contact us.

    • Special Needs

      Psych Congress Elevate is committed to making its activities accessible to all individuals. If you have a physical or mental disability as defined by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and require an accommodation, please contact us.

    • Sessions

      Sessions are subject to change. 

      Seating is limited for all session rooms and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

      No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of Psych Congress Elevate without prior written consent from HMP Global. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions without the express written consent of HMP Global is strictly prohibited. Press representatives must receive a Press Pass and photo/recording permission from HMP Global. HMP Global reserves the right to any approved audio and/or video production of presentations at all HMP Global events. To request consent to record a presentation, please contact us.

Policies

    • Liability, Copyright, Acceptance, and Disclaimer

      Psych Congress Elevate plans to take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings (collectively, “Media”) at Psych Congress Elevate events and reproduce them for use in promotional, educational, informational, advertising, and/or commercial materials and communications. By participating in Psych Congress Elevate events, I grant Psych Congress Elevate the right to use my name, image, likeness, and voice (collectively, “Likeness”) in any Media in any materials or communications. Such materials or communications include but are not limited to publications, websites, articles, brochures, books, magazines, newsletters, exhibits, videos, films, social media, advertisements, and training programs (collectively, “Materials”).

      I understand and agree that HMP Global and Psych Congress Elevate are and shall be the exclusive owner of all right title and interest, including any copyright, in the Media and Materials and that any and all postings are the property of the same. Postings may be displayed, distributed, or used by Psych Congress Elevate for any purpose. Furthermore, I acknowledge Psych Congress Elevate's right to crop, splice, treat, and edit any Media containing my Likeness and waive my right to be notified, inspect, improve, or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to me.

      I hereby grant an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to HMP Global, Psych Congress Elevate, and their industry partners, sponsors, and supporters to utilize, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and/or display any Media containing me or my Likeness in any Material. I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of said Media.

      I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless HMP Global, Psych Congress Elevate, and their agents, employees, affiliates, and contractors, including but not limited to any firm publishing and/or distributing the Media and/or Materials containing my Likeness in whole or in part, from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of said Media and/or Materials. This includes but is not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or the taking, processing, production, publication, distribution, or use of said Media and/or Materials.

      Furthermore, I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless HMP Global, Psych Congress Elevate, and their industry partners, sponsors, and supporters from any and all claims that I or any third party may have now or in the future for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use, utilization, adaptation, modification, reproduction, distribution, public performance, or display of my Likeness used in the Media and/or Materials.
