We encourage participants to book early. There are a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rate.
Discounted Group Rates:
- Run of House (best room available at check-in), Monday, June 1 – Thursday, June 4: $189.00*
- Run of House (best room available at check-in), Friday, June 5: $219.00*
*All rooms are also charged a daily resort fee of $45.
*The room rate and resort fee are subject to applicable taxes.
Resort Fee
The daily resort fee is mandatory and includes in-room high-speed internet access (up to two devices), fitness center access at the spa for two guests, and local calls.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM
• Checkout time: 11:00 AM
Discounted Room Rate Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2026
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A nonrefundable deposit equal to 1 night’s room and tax for attendees and 2 nights' room and tax for exhibitors is due at the time of booking.
Exhibitor Sub-blocks:
Exhibitors seeking a sub-block of rooms (defined as ten or more rooms on the peak night) will pay a non-refundable deposit equal to two nights’ room and tax per room at the time their block is confirmed.
Full pre-payment for the block is due on or before April 10, 2026
A final rooming list including full names, arrival and departure dates, and emails is due on or before May 8, 2026
Cancellations made after May 8, 2026 will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all room and tax fees.
