How Can We Help?

How-Can-We-Help?

    • Where do I submit a virtual version of my poster?

Because this is an in-person conference, we will not utilize virtual versions of posters. Simply bring your physical poster with you to New York. Accepted abstracts will be available for attendees to view in our Conference App, but you do not need to provide anything to us prior to arriving on site.

    • If I cannot attend the live meeting in New York, will my abstract still be published in AJH and the Conference App?

Yes, if your abstract is accepted, it will be published in journal supplement as well as be made available to attendees via our Conference App.

    • I cannot attend the conference, but a fellow author wants to attend and present in my place. Is this possible?

Per our guidelines, co-authors may present the poster on site at Lymphoma, Leukemia and Myeloma Congress.

    • I have more information that I’d like to provide attendees but that doesn’t fit on my poster. Can I provide handouts?

Rather than providing handouts on site, we recommend adding a QR code to your poster that links to the additional information.

    • Is there a template I need to use to design my poster?

There is no required template for posters. As long as your poster fits within the provided sizing guidelines, feel free to design your posters however you would like!

    • How will I know when I need to present my poster?

Posters will be hung while the Exhibit Hall is open. Specific set-up and tear-down times will be emailed to accepted poster presenters. We recommend standing by your poster during the Opening Reception and during Exhibit Hall breaks, but formal presentation times are not required.

    • Do I need to register for the conference after being accepted?

Yes, you must register in order to present a poster at LL&M Congress.

    • Are there any embargoes or restrictions on publishing the abstracts before or during the LL&M Annual meeting?

Yes, the complete abstract data is under embargo until after the conference starts on October 13, 2026.
