Room-Rate,-Breakfast

    • Is breakfast included in the room rate, or can breakfast vouchers be arranged?

      No, breakfast is not included in the room rate, and breakfast vouchers cannot be arranged. Breakfast is available in the hotel restaurant on an à la carte basis, and we anticipate a light breakfast being served to attendees on event days.

    • What is the full cost of a room?

      The room rate for the LL&M Congress at the New York Marriott Marquis is US$379.00 per night plus 14.75% tax and an additional $3.50/night local tax.

Group-Blocks

    • Can I arrange for a group block of rooms?

      Yes! We welcome groups of attendees at the LL&M Congress.

      For groups of 7 or more, a nonrefundable deposit of two nights' room and tax per reservation will be collected at the time the room block is confirmed.
      Full prepayment of the block is due on or before August 28, 2026.
      The group rooming list will be due on or before September 18, 2026.

      The hotel requires each group requesting a sub-block to sign an agreement based on these terms and conditions.

    • What is the deposit / guarantee policy for this event?

      All individual attendee reservations (those not traveling with a group) must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable deposit equal to one night's room and tax.

      You may receive solicitations from individuals or agencies appearing to offer guest room reservations (often at reduced rates) on behalf of HMP Global, the conference, or the host hotel(s).

      Please be aware that HMP Global, the Congress, and the hotel have NOT authorized any third party to block or sell rooms to attendees of the event. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be authentic and may offer lower rates; however, they are often illegitimate.
