For the convenience of participants, a room block with a limited number of rooms has been reserved at the discounted group rate of $369 single/double occupancy, plus tax (currently at 14.75%) and a $3.50/room/night in state occupancy charge in effect at the time of checkout. This discounted rate is not guaranteed outside the conference dates. Reservations received after September 23, 2024, or after the room block has been filled (whichever comes first) are subject to availability and prevailing hotel rates. Please note: There is a one-night nonrefundable deposit taken at the time of booking.

Important Note About Scammers

Scammers may call or email attendees, faculty, and exhibitors, claiming to represent the Congress or our vendors, and encourage participants to book rooms using fake promotion companies with names like “Exhibitors Housing Services” or “Convention Hotel Services.” They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like LL&M or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. LL&M, HMP, and our host hotels will never call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct you to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants will use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post congress attendees' or exhibitors' personal information online. Please note that rooms booked through any other source are at your own risk.
