Submissions for the 2024 Lymphoma, Leukemia & Myeloma Heroes in Healthcare are now open.

It is time to shine a light on those who have been going above and beyond in researching better ways to treat blood cancers and making a difference in their patients lives each day. 

Those chosen will receive complimentary registration to the 2024 Lymphoma, Leukemia & Myeloma Congress - in person or virtual and will be recognized on-site and online. 

Simply submit a 150-word essay below or send a short video (to kbush@hmpglobal.com) describing why the individual deserves to be recognized--either personally or professionally. The nomination will be automatically entered in a drawing for a $350 gift card.
