Kat McClellan

I am a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in senior living, community relations, marketing, and creative entrepreneurship. I am passionate about building meaningful relationships, developing strong teams, and creating community impact through innovative leadership and authentic connection.

Currently, I serve as Regional Director of Sales with Radiant Senior Living, where I advanced from Community Sales Director to Regional Sales Support and into my current leadership role in less than two and half years. Throughout my career, I have successfully increased occupancy in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities by combining strategic marketing, relationship-driven outreach, and creative problem-solving.

What I value most in my role is mentoring and developing Senior Living Sales Directors to become confident, compassionate, and innovative leaders. I believe in helping teams think outside the box, stay mission-focused, and create meaningful experiences for seniors and their families. I am passionate about the opportunity to connect with seniors, help communities grow, and contribute to an industry that truly changes lives.

In addition to my work in senior living, I was the owner of a mural painting business, where I combine artistic vision with entrepreneurship, project management, and customer relations. My passion for interior design and creativity complements my professional work and strengthens my ability to connect with diverse audiences.

My husband has been an important part of my journey and success, offering constant encouragement and support throughout my career and ministry work. Together, we are passionate about serving others, building strong community connections, and creating a positive impact through both leadership and faith.

As a pastor’s wife, I have also had the privilege of serving through ministry and outreach, which has deepened my commitment to compassion, service, and community engagement.
