Michelle has worked in post acute care for 40 years. During this time she has served as an Administrator, Direcotor of Nursing, Chief learning Officer and Chief Clinical Officer. She has cared for indiviudals in long term care, short term rehabilitiation, ventilator care, dementia care, behavioral health and assisted living. She has her doctorate in Geriatric Nursing and a Masters in Public Health. She serves on as the co-chair of the AHCA Clinical Practice Committee and is on the Board of AAPACN. She also works closly with the state affiliate of AHCA, HCCI, servcing as the chair of the education and quality committee; and serving on the Illinois Long Term Care Advisory Board.

Charles A. Ross MA is an experienced and strategic post-acute care operator and business development professional with a history of maximizing results and creating high-level partnerships across the healthcare continuum. As Chief Strategy Officer for Transitional Care Management, Charles collaborates with strategic partners, including hospitals, home health, physician groups, hospice and skilled nursing centers, to improve quality of care, enhance satisfaction, maximize return on investment and transform the post-acute care delivery model. In addition to managing new purpose-built stand-alone transitional care centers, Charles and the Transitional Care Management team are adept at re-positioning existing skilled nursing centers as post-acute transitional care providers of choice and implementing strategies that strengthen a variety of post-acute care settings including behavioral health settings.
