Tiffany Cooey is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for QSL Management, where she leads enterprise-wide sales growth, new development launches, live operations sales, and corporate marketing strategy. Since joining QSL Management in 2014, she has played a pivotal role in the successful transition of more than 25 senior living communities, driving double-digit occupancy growth and expanding the organization’s regional footprint. Throughout her tenure, Tiffany has progressed through multiple leadership roles—including Regional Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing—and is widely recognized for building high-performing sales teams and delivering consistent, measurable revenue results. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations, and holds a certification in Sales Management. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her two young children and taking advantage of the outdoors near her home in Florida.
