Ghaith Abu-Zeinah, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) and a member of the Richard T Silver Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN) Center at WCM. He specializes in the care of patients with MPNs, including polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, and myelofibrosis. His clinical and translational research focuses on disease modification, molecular response, clonal evolution, and the development of personalized treatment strategies through clinical trials and real-world data. Dr. Abu-Zeinah has authored several peer-reviewed publications, serves as an investigator on national and international clinical trials, serves on a national guidelines committee, and has received honors recognizing his contributions to the field of MPNs, including the American Society of Hematology (ASH) Scholar Award and the MPN Hero Award. He is committed to advancing innovative therapies while improving outcomes and quality of life for patients with MPNs through collaborative research, education, and compassionate patient care.
