Ryan Drzewiecki is a licensed psychologist with over two decades of leadership experience in outpatient and residential behavioral health settings. He currently serves as Executive Director at Key Works and provides consultation through the Mara Group.

His work focuses on leadership development, organizational culture, clinical excellence, and quality improvement. He has particular interest in post-diagnostic, strengths-based models of care; intersubjective and relational approaches to psychotherapy; and the intersection of systems theory, narrative approaches, and postmodern thought in mental health.
