Parking
Parking at the Omni is valet only. For overnight guests the cost is $45/night, or for those attendees who are driving in daily, the cost is $25/day (up to 10 hours)
There are two parking garages available at the convention center, the South Garage and the North Garage. The rates for both garages are listed below.

Up to 1 hour: $8 plus tax
Up to 2 hours: $10 plus tax
Up to 3 hours: $13 plus tax
Up to 4 hours: $16 plus tax
4 - 25 hours: $25 plus tax

    • Booking Within the Block

      We want to ensure that your visit is a safe, convenient, and memorable one. Staying at our host hotel provides a hassle-free booking experience and puts you at the heart of the activity surrounding the conference. 

      1. Save Money – To make the best use of your registration dollars, we have negotiated a special reduced rate available only to WCSAD attendees. 
      2. Gain Additional Networking Opportunities – By staying at the conference hotel, you enhance your opportunities to meet with colleagues and share experiences and ideas. Plus, when you book within the block, you gain access to important announcements at check-in and any room drops arranged by exhibitors. 
      3. Support Future Meetings – When you book within the block, you help to keep meeting costs as low as possible and enable us to provide some of the important meeting features attendees have come to enjoy. You are not only supporting the Retreat, you are reinforcing our reputation and locking in special rates for future meetings, enhancing overall attendee experience. 

      A limited number of rooms will be available. Be sure to book within our block to lock in our discounted rate and make the most of your hotel experience.

    • Beware of Scams

      HMP is the Official Housing Provider for CCSAD. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any housing provider other than HMP is not approved by CCSAD. Hotel reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate. Please be aware of, and report, any unauthorized solicitation to shewitt@hmpglobal.com

    • Important Note

      Scammers may call or email CCSAD attendees, faculty, and exhibitors claiming to represent CCSAD or CCSAD vendors, and encourage participants to book rooms using fake promotion companies like “Exhibitors Housing Services” or “Convention Hotel Services”. They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like CCSAD or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. Neither CCSAD, HMP, or our host hotels will ever call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct you to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants will use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post conference attendee or exhibitor’s personal information online. Please note that rooms booked through any other source are at your own risk.

      If you receive emails or calls regarding discounted hotel accommodations for CCSAD please disregard these offers and forward the information to shewitt@hmpglobal.com so we can investigate and help prevent further solicitations.
