Amanda Coldiron is the Director of Certification, Programs and Training for the Oklahoma Alliance of Recovery Resources (OKARR). She leads the statewide certification process for recovery housing and works closely with operators to strengthen quality, expand access, and support alignment with National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards. Her work includes developing training, offering technical assistance, and helping communities grow sustainable recovery housing networks.
With more than 20 years in behavioral health, housing navigation, and recovery support, Amanda has led initiatives for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and serves as Vice Chair of both the Multi-County Coalition and the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
