Trish Caldwell is an experienced Chief Clinical Officer at Gaudenzia Addiction Treatment & Recovery Services, with over 30 years in the field. as well as an adjunct professor for the last 18years and an adjunct professior in Drexel University’s Master’s in Family Therapy’s program (MFT). She is committed to providing clinical and operational excellence through program development that support measured based care and outcomes. Trish focuses on clinical quality using evidenced based practices that align to a trauma informed approach to treatment. Notably, Trish created Delaware County's first Young Offenders Treatment Program for first-time drug offenders. A regular speaker at both national and regional conferences, Trish specializes in topics related to behavioral health. Trish is a licensed clinician, marriage and family therapist and holds her MFT from Drexel University and has served as a field reviewer for SAMHSA for the Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) Counseling Approaches to Promote Recovery from Problematic Substance Use and Related Issues. She is certified in both co-occurring disorders and substance use and is a certified clinical trauma professional.
