Trish Caldwell

Trish Caldwell is a nationally recognized behavioral health leader with over 30 years of experience advancing systems of care through innovation, research, and measurable outcomes. She serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Gaudenzia Addiction Treatment & Recovery, leading clinical quality, evidence-based practice, and trauma-informed care initiatives. Trish developed Delaware County’s first Young Offenders Treatment Program and specializes in outcomes-driven program design. She has been an adjunct professor for 18 years, most recently teaching in Drexel University’s Master’s in Family Therapy program. In addition to her executive leadership, she maintains a private practice focused on young adults navigating ADHD, trauma, and mental health challenges. Trish frequently presents on behavioral health and innovative treatment approaches and has collaborated with SAMHSA as a field reviewer for the Treatment Improvement Protocol.
