The pace of change has moved beyond what most organizations were designed to handle. New technologies, new customer behaviors, new team expectations, and new competitive pressures are forcing leaders to make decisions before the future feels clear.
In this keynote, Mathew Sweezey, SVP of AI Products and Transformation at Monks and author of The Context Marketing Revolution from Harvard Business Review Press, will explore what it takes to lead when the old playbooks no longer move fast enough. Drawing from his work helping teams redesign how marketing, sales, creative, and operational work gets done, Mathew will show why transformation is not just about adopting new tools. It is about changing how people work, how teams make decisions, how processes are rebuilt, and how organizations learn to move faster without losing trust, clarity, or control.
Mathew will translate the idea of becoming “AI-native” into practical leadership terms: not using AI because it is available, but rethinking the way the organization operates so teams can respond faster, create better outcomes, and keep evolving as the market changes. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of where their organization may be stuck, what needs to change first, and how to begin building a team that can adapt at the speed the future now requires.
