Shawn Pekar

Tiffany Cooey is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for QSL Management, where she leads enterprise-wide sales growth, new development launches, live operations sales, and corporate marketing strategy. Since joining QSL Management in 2014, she has played a pivotal role in the successful transition of more than 25 senior living communities, driving double-digit occupancy growth and expanding the organization’s regional footprint. Throughout her tenure, Tiffany has progressed through multiple leadership roles—including Regional Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing—and is widely recognized for building high-performing sales teams and delivering consistent, measurable revenue results. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations, and holds a certification in Sales Management. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her two young children and taking advantage of the outdoors near her home in Florida.

With more than 25 years of experience in the senior care industry, Shawn is dedicated to serving older adults and supporting the teams who care for them. Her career spans a full continuum of care, including acute hospital systems, long-term care, skilled nursing, and senior living giving her a comprehensive understanding of the evolving needs of seniors and their families.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration and has served in leadership roles including Director of Sales, Regional Director of Sales, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering people. She is passionate about coaching and developing professionals, fostering collaboration, and identifying and removing barriers so individuals and teams can achieve meaningful and sustainable success.

Outside of her professional life, she values time with her husband and their three grown sons. Family remains her greatest joy, and she enjoys making the most of life’s moments together.

Jami Sexton brings 20 years of experience in senior living, with a career spanning from community-level sales to Chief Sales Officer for some of the nation’s largest providers. That journey has given her a deep, practical understanding of the challenges operators face every day—from driving occupancy to building and supporting high-performing teams.Today, at Further, she partners with sales, marketing, and operations leaders to develop AI-driven solutions that are reshaping how communities engage prospects, train teams, and improve performance. Jami is passionate about helping organizations elevate both the associate and resident experience through smarter, more effective technology use.
