Mike Heselbarth serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations Management for Life Care Services (LCS), one of the nation's leading senior living management companies. In this role, he provides strategic oversight for a diverse portfolio of senior living communities across the United States, partnering with owners, boards, and executive leadership teams to drive operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset value.

With more than two decades of leadership experience in senior housing and healthcare services, Mike has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and creating sustainable growth strategies. His expertise spans operations management, asset management, strategic planning, budgeting, performance improvement, business development, contract negotiations, and owner relations.

Throughout his career, Mike has successfully led community turnarounds, supported new acquisitions and management transitions, and helped organizations navigate complex operational and regulatory environments.
