With 14 years of experience in the senior living industry, Amy brings a deep understanding of operational excellence, resident-centered care, and team leadership to one of the region’s most respected senior care providers.

Country Meadows currently serves approximately 2,300 older adults, and under Amy’s leadership, the organization continues to prioritize innovation in service delivery, quality outcomes, and a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. She plays a key role in shaping strategic initiatives, implementing best practices across sites, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining the compassionate culture that defines Country Meadows.
