Senior living isn’t just my career—it’s my calling. I began my journey in this field at the age of 14 as a caregiver with Country Meadows Retirement Communities. From those early days of providing direct care, I developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of older adults and the concerns that weigh on their families. That front-line experience shaped my perspective and fueled a lifelong commitment to making a difference in this space.
As my career evolved, I transitioned into the Marketing and Sales side of the business, where I found purpose in guiding families through the complexities of senior care. By sharing both my personal insights and professional knowledge, I’ve been able to support others in finding the best solutions for their loved ones.
Now, with over 34 years of experience in senior living—and as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP)—I remain driven by the same passion that first brought me into this work. Whether I’m coaching our team of senior living advisors or connecting with families directly, my goal is always the same: to lighten the caregiving journey and help older adults live with dignity, purpose, and joy.
