With over three decades of experience as a strategic marketer, executive director, entrepreneur, and sales professional, Melissa has built a distinguished career centered on innovation and leadership.

She studied Business Administration at The University of Montana Western and Communications at Hamline University. Additionally, Melissa is a certified lifespan wellness coach, reflecting her dedication to fostering well-being across all stages of life. Her passion for lifelong learning is evident in all that she does.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Melissa served as a senior living consultant, a role that deeply influenced her perspective on the challenges faced by seniors and their families. The personal loss of her father to Alzheimer’s dementia further fueled her passion to create a resource that offers both information and hope. This inspiration led to the creation of Inside Senior Living, a TV show designed to help families navigate the complexities of senior care.

After two years of dedicated development, Melissa successfully negotiated a co-production and national distribution agreement with PBS North. She is now in the process of developing season-two along with a Canadian version of the series through her production company, ISL PLUS MEDIA.
