Kristin Hambleton is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Vantage Point Retirement Living, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise marketing, sales, and revenue strategy across senior living, healthcare, and SaaS organizations. Her career includes executive roles at Sunrise Senior Living, Presbyterian Senior Living, Continuum CRM, and Willow Valley Communities, as well as her own consulting practice, Clarity Mendstone Consulting, where she served senior living organizations as a fractional VP of Marketing & Sales. She is known for stabilizing and scaling portfolios, modernizing marketing and sales infrastructure, and building high-performing executive teams as a trusted partner to owners, REITs, and asset managers. Kristin holds a Master of Professional Studies in the Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Susquehanna University, and a Certificate in Ethical Leadership from Penn State, and is a graduate of the LeadingAge Larry Minnix Leadership Academy. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for SMASH and is a member of the National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Kristin lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Brian, and when she isn't working, the two of them enjoy cruising the Caribbean together.

Jamison Gosselin has served in and around the field of senior living for two decades. Today he serves as an executive level strategy, marketing and communications consultant for senior living and multi-family owners and operators, and vendors serving multi-site real estate businesses.

He has served in executive-level and leadership roles at Eclipse Senior Living, G5, a digital marketing agency, Holiday Retirement, the Argentum trade association and Sunrise Senior Living. Jamison started his career at global telecommunications company MCI (now Verizon) as a public relations manager at its headquarters in Washington, DC.

Jamison has an MBA from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and a BA in Political Science from The American University in Washington, DC. He also has earned additional marketing credentials from Duke University, George Washington University and the Content Marketing Institute.
