Amy Purcell is an experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in senior living, combining a strong background in both sales and operations, with a deep passion for driving sales success. She joined Juniper in 2021 as Regional Director of Sales for the Northeast and was quickly promoted to National Director of Sales, where she is responsible for overseeing census growth across the company’s portfolio. Amy has achieved significant success by enhancing sales training, refining sales processes, and implementing a new CRM, along with advanced reporting strategies to drive revenue. Prior to Juniper, she held a leadership role as a regional sales and marketing director and has extensive experience in long-term care, with certifications and degrees in healthcare administration and business from Villanova University.
