Hansa Medical Groupe provides on-site medical services exclusively to senior living communities. Established in 2007, HMG is a leader in the senior living industry, providing medical and geriatric care in almost 130 senior housing communities currently, including Assisted Living, Independent Living, Supportive Living, and Memory Care communities. In 2024 Hansa Groupe became the preferred provider for a large nationwide operator.

HMG builds close relationships with community staff, senior living operators, and owner/parent companies, allowing for a "team approach" with on-site community staff. This improves patient care, family satisfaction, reduced ER and hospital visits, and helped the community with census and growth by increasing length of stay by 6-24 months.

Working closely with Senior Living Sales teams, Hansa Groupe has increased occupancy, length of stay, and in turn NOI for operators. Hansa Groupe started in the midwest, and now has expanded its service availability to all states across the country.
