She is a dual board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and the founder of ELEVATEHER®, a mental health practice with locations in Santa Barbara and Oregon, dedicated to transformative care for women and individuals assigned female at birth. With over 16 years of experience, she specializes in trauma-informed, hormone-informed, and psychedelic-assisted care, helping clients heal from PTSD and complex trauma through integrative approaches, including ketamine-assisted therapy.

She serves as an administrator and principal at Big Tent Ketamine, an educational platform advancing ethical, evidence-based psychedelic practices, and as a Steering Committee Member for Psych Congress, contributing to mental health innovation. She is part of the inaugural Women’s Health and Precision Medicine Certification Fellowship cohort with Dr. Sara Szal at the Integrative Psychiatric Institute, focusing on holistic care across mood, hormones, and life transitions like perimenopause and menopause.

She holds degrees from UCLA, completed psychiatric training at Johns Hopkins University, and earned certifications in family medicine, psychiatry, and psychedelic therapies through Polaris Insight Center and the Integrative Psychiatric Institute, including MDMA and psilocybin training with MAPS. Previously, she led teams at Landmark Health and CareMore/Anthem, developing tools to integrate psychiatric care into primary settings.

Her passion lies in fostering healing through connection, safety, and expanded consciousness, blending science and soul to help women reconnect with their vibrant selves. Beyond clinical practice, she has always held a deep interest in consciousness, how we relate to life through the body, mind, and spirit.
